Welcome!

I am a licensed counseling psychologist with over fifteen years of clinical experience. I have extensive training and experience working primarily with adults in individual and group settings. I feel honored to work with clients and provide them a safe, supportive space.  

My theoretical approach is integrative where I draw from humanistic, cognitive behavioral, interpersonal, psychodynamic, mindfulness, and solution focused orientations. I strive to provide clients with insight, feedback and lifelong skills that enhance the quality of their lives. I work from a collaborative, strength based approach and tailor interventions based on clients' needs. In couples therapy, I provide Gottman method and emotion-focused interventions where I am passionate about improving intimacy, communication and conflict resolution with my couples.

In particular, I have specialties in generational gaps between immigrant parents and US raised children, acculturation concerns, and interracial relationships. With all my clients, I work from a multicultural framework which means I honor clients' individual worldviews and their sociocultural context.
